‘Amazing Self’ isn’t that a great title?
Today is the day you will make a real change in your life that will last permanently.
Could that be another self-improvement book? That would be so tempting. We have spent a lifetime reading self-improvement books and articles.
Some of them are great and full of useful advice but when the book is finished and back on the bookshelf, or relegated to the thrift shop, what happens?
The great advice and good intentions are relegated to the back of our minds and life goes on as it has always done.
We do need something that includes weight-loss and fitness but has more to it. We also want to improve our health, wealth, relationships and mindset.
Instead of a one-time-only book of inspiring ideas which leaves us to rely on our own motivation to carry us through what about a regular input of fresh motivation and inspiration every month?
It’s not easy making changes, giving up old habits, starting new habits. It’s not easy to maintain that initial enthusiasm, that confidence over the weeks and months that it takes to firmly establish this new way of life.
